Jiangsu Lantai Composite Materials Co., Ltd. is located in Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Area, Jiangsu Province, adjacent to the Yellow Sea to the east and the Yangtze River to the south, facing the international metropolis Shanghai across the river, with superior geographical location and convenient transportation.
Lantai Company is a specialized entity enterprise that integrates the research and development, production, sales, and technical services of prepreg (carbon fiber/glass fiber)/SMC/BMC composite materials and molded products. It was founded in 2011, covering a total area of 100 mu and a building area of nearly 90000 square meters. It has gathered an experienced technical research and development team and after-sales service engineers, equipped with product research and development centers and laboratories. It has independent research and development capabilities for various high-performance composite materials and prepregs. It has successively passed system certifications such as ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management, and IATF 16949 Automotive Industry Quality Management. It has obtained dozens of patents of various types and been awarded the titles of National High-Tech Enterprise and Specialized, Sophisticated, Unique and Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise of Jiangsu Province.
The company has 3 prepreg production lines, 5 SMC sheet production lines, 10 sets of BMC production equipment, and 20 sets of molding equipment with different tonnages ranging from 315T to 2500T. The production line is equipped with an automated production control system, modular production processes, and online monitoring of key parameters, which realizes the dataization, automation, and standardization of production modes, greatly improving production efficiency and enhancing the uniformity and stability of product quality. The designed annual production capacity of prepreg (carbon fiber/glass fiber) is 10 million square meters, and SMC sheet molding compound and BMC bulk molding compound are over 60,000 tons and 20,000 tons respectively.
The high-performance fiber composite material produced by the company is a new type of environmentally friendly composite material. The product has diverse colors and advantages such as high strength, high flame retardancy, high toughness, high wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. It has been widely used in various fields such as aerospace, energy storage, sports equipment, new energy vehicles, and rail transit.
